Cartoning Machine (Box Packer)

The cartoning machine is designed for packaging boxes of small to medium sizes.

The machine’s design allows for easy adjustment of the carton holding arms for different sizes, reducing time and cost for size changeover.

The SC 40 cartoning machine is ideal for packaging hygiene, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical products inside boxes.

Operating procedure:

Small boxes are placed in batches inside the box hopper. The machine individually retrieves and opens the boxes, preparing them to receive the product, such as tubes, blister packs, or any other product intended for placement inside the box. After placing the product, the top and bottom of the box are automatically sealed, and in the final stage, the box is directed out of the machine.
